Golf Swing Training Key To Increase In Driving Distance September 30, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedAll golfers know that developing a good golf swing is pivotal to becoming a good golfer. As a golfer improves his swing, he gains more confidence in his game and soon sees his scores dropping, as shooting under par becomes more and more common. In light of the fact that golf is such a popular sport and hobby these days, it is not surprising that golf swing training is also very popular, especially with beginners.
One of the simplest approaches to golf swing improvement is to use a special golf training club. This type of club can help to increase the golf swing speed and the power behind the swing as well. If you really want to improve your golf swing, then you cannot really find a golf training device that is more specific or effective.
One of the best approaches to golf swing training is to use a weighted club called a golf swing trainer. The extra weight of the golf trainer club helps to create more resistance and when a golfer repeatedly swings the club, this resistance helps him improve the power of the swing.
The most apparent and direct result of using a golf training club correctly is an increase in driving distance that a golfer will notice almost immediately. This is because the golfer is training the muscles that he uses during a swing to work against the resistance of the weighted club, which provides an element of strength training. When the golfer picks up a standard club, his muscles will have been readied to hit the ball harder than ever before because of this strength training.
Training to improve the golf swing is primarily a function of repetition combined with muscle training. It is helpful to go through the complete range of motions for a standard swing, or an even bigger range of movement if possible, with as many repetitions as possible.
However, it is more important to make sure that you are also practicing the correct stance during this training. Using a golf training club, or any other type of golf training aid, without taking the time to learn how to use them correctly will only result in frustration and disappointment. Practicing a swing that has poor form will not improve your game. If you are not sure whether or not you have proper form, then you should seek out the help of professional golf swing trainers.
Another side benefit of golf swing training is that it can go a long way to making your backswing and follow through movements better and more connected, making your swing flow from beginning to end. This is important because you can deliver more power and hit the ball further. It is also a very good idea to do other kinds of exercises that will strengthen and stretch you body in other ways that will serve to make you stronger and more capable on the course.

Why You Should be Considering a Plan B Stategy? September 29, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedWho should be considering a Plan B Stategy?
With great companies like The Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and AIG, filing for bankruptcy the gong has sounded for an end to job security.
There are now very valid reasons for creating your Plan B now.
Before I get into what a Plan B is, here are a couple of questions you should be asking yourself to begin evaluating whether this is a strategy you should be considering:
- How secure is your job or business today?
- How well prepared are you for taking retirement? [your "big holiday"]
- Or early retirement in the case of downsizing, suffering a sickness or accident? -
Did you know that statistically:-
- a 25 year old starting work today will have 9 career changes and be made redundant 16 times. Ouch!
- 1 in 3 [1 in 2 by 2015] will suffer from cancer Whew!
- there is a 100% chance we will die. Wow!
If “Murphy” has any thing to do with it they will show up at the worst possible time.
How can you prepare?
The first step is to start taking responsibility for creating your own financial security.
Realise that having a solid education is a “corner stone” that education doesn’t stop when we leave school, college or university. It has just started.
Understand that if you do find yourself living from pay check to pay check the “alarm bells” are already sounding for you that your chance of becoming financially independant are remote.
Your way out is to create a Plan B strategy and start doing it sooner rather than later just in case you walk into work one morning and it isn’t there anymore. I encourage you to find your niche and educate yourself now because the reality of a secure J.O.B. doesn’t exist now.
You may believe that you aren’t capable of creating your own “Plan B”. Or maybe you are already looking to change your current situation but don’t know where to start.
You are in luck because there is a short cut to creating financial security…… You just have to find the right mentor. Follow in the steps of a successful person who has already travelled the road you want to travel.
Perhaps I can be that person for you……

Give Your Landscaping Designs a Colorful Touch September 28, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedThe role of color in any landscape design is a vital one. When color is not used properly, it can destroy the integrity of the design, causing visual confusion and chaos. The correct use of color however can enhance even the simplest designs, resulting in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
Using Color Theory for Effective Landscaping
To be able to effectively use color, knowledge of color theory is necessary. Do you know the difference between primary, secondary and tertiary colors? What about neutral colors? Using the following table will help.
Primary Colors - red, yellow and blue
Secondary Colors - green, violets or purples and oranges
Tertiary Colors - Blends of the primary and secondary categories
Neutral colors - White, grays and silvers
Note: Black is not a color - it is the absence of color!
Creating Harmony between Colors
The harmonious use of color occurs when colors are used properly. In order to achieve this harmony, it is necessary to study color combinations and work out which ones go together well. It is a good idea to match warm colors with other warm colors and cool to cool. Whilst there are cool and warm tones in all colors, it is generally accepted that the “cool” colors are blue, pink, purple and green, whilst the “warm” colors are red, yellow and orange.
Using colors based on your needs
Select colors that reflect the purpose of the landscape design, for example, if you are after a relaxation area such as patios with tropical plants, greens, violets or pinks are the ideal choice. If you are looking for a vibrant space, choose bright colors such as reds, yellows and oranges. To create diversity and depth, mix neutral colors such as white or gray with primary or secondary colors, whilst tertiary colors are used to link or separate primary and secondary colors. Use a color wheel to help you match colors.
Exterior colors complimenting your interiors
Matching the color scheme of your garden to that of the interior of your home allows a transition or flow between the landscape and the building. Colors in the garden that when seen from the inside of the house are complimentary and allow for harmony.
Using Seasonal Colors
Choose your very own unique set of landscape plants carefully and you will ensure that there is color in your garden all of the year as well as adding interest for the viewer.
Using warm colors cautiously
If you are like most people and only have a small area to landscape, then you should be careful how you use “warm” colors such as red, yellow and orange. Their vibrancy gives the illusion of being closer or bigger. “Cool” colors will soften the effect and give the illusion that the garden is bigger.
