When you are faced with the circumstances of grieving after your loved one has passed away, it often seems like an overwhelming ordeal to get through. Memorializing your loved one can contribute to working through the grieving process, for several reasons.

First, it gives the individual(s) they have left behind a way to remember them. It also pays due respect to the one who has passed on. There are many ways that you can memorialize the person who has died. The options may vary, but the important thing to remember in this process is to find the one that will be unique to you and your situation.

One of the more modern ways to memorialize your deceased loved one is to create an online book of remembrance. Vevovox.com offers a place where you can do just that. Each person must create their own unique memorial that works for them. It is your memorial and your tribute. Make it be as unique as your relationship with your loved one was.

The Law Of Attraction September 26, 2008

Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closed

What is the secret law of attraction, really? Does it work or is it just a marketing hype by television gurus and book writers? Is it really such a big secret? Let’s find out and see what the possibilities are. I think we all know that you can do pretty much anything you set your mind to. Most of our parents told us that as kids, right? So why is it that some people get abundance and others, poverty?

Universal Law

Universal Law or Karma as some call it, is based on you being a good person and treating others as you would expect them to treat you. Basically, what goes around comes around. It is a good law, in a perfect world. If everyone lived by that standard, then surely there would be no more crime or corruption in the world. Unfortunately, most people don’t believe in Karma, Universal Law or The Law Of Attraction. At least they are not letting up on it if they are.

Thoughts Become Things

There are many ways for people to achieve things in life. Some may take the proven road of hard work and elbow grease to get what they want in life. Some work hard and get nowhere. Others seem to make less work and get more results. The law of attraction is based on believing in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals and targets. Thoughts become things. Things become reality. So, if you think about something enough, at some stage you are bound to take action towards getting that thing. You are effectively attracting results. It is as simple as that. Of course, if you do never take any action, there is a fair chance you will never, ever get that very thing you have been thinking so much about.

Put your thoughts into action and take some solid steps towards achieving your targets and goals. The key is, if you want to have something, you need to take firm steps towards getting it. That is the law of attraction. You will attract that thing to you that you are thinking of.

Quick Commission Blueprint September 26, 2008

Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closed

Commission Blueprint was recently released.  This Internet Marketing course is a step-by-step guide that communicates a detailed method for making money using AdWords to drive traffic to ClickBank products.  The authors are ClickBank Super Affiliates, and they show lots of evidence that they have been very successful (including a very impressive screen shot from the ClickBank sales report page.

What do you get for your money?

What you get for your $77 is impressive. There are 14 videos (4-5 hours total run time), release notes, 3 PDF files, 2 unadvertised bonuses, 4 landing page templates, and slides for all the videos are also provided in PDF. It is total over delivery. It is an intense amount of quality content, and zero fat. The videos are good quality. You have the choice of seeing them online or downloading them and seeing them offline. The format of the video is a slide show presentation with a tiny video camera box showing the speaker.

He is an excellent “speaker/teacher” and the quality of his presentation is very high. So, for $77 you get a ton of quality content on video and some cool bonuses that seem to give you everything that you need to get started. Question is, get started doing what?

The Commision Blueprint Approach

The approach taken in Commission Blueprint is “simple.” Pick a few items that have a chance to be successful (they explain how to pick products), do keyword research (excellent explanation here as well), estimate ROI, build landing pages (templates included), launch a PPC campaign, spend enough money to “test” the campaign in AdWords ($200-$500), pick a winner, and scale it to make real money. It sounds easy, and the methods presented seem sound, but I am betting that it is harder than it looks. It definately looks harder than Article Marketing.  I plan to try it anyway.

One thing that I liked was the fact that the old approach of “find 50,000 keywords and test them all” is no where to be found here. Instead, you start with a handful of keywords and ads and grow the campaign from there. I like that, although screening products is still a lot of work from what I can tell.

The Way to Get the Best Out of Tenant Loans September 26, 2008

Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closed

We don’t all live in our own paid for properties. As it turns out, the vast majority of people rent their homes for their living situations. Quite often in this case, it can be difficult to get a keen interest rate as there is little to offer the lender in the way of security where home owners could make use of the equity in their property. for people in this situation, the tenant loan offers a solution.

Tenant loans are geared specifically towards anyone who rents property for a place to live. Because there is no security for the lender they will be sure to check one’s credit report before giving such a loan. In readiness for any credit checks the lender may insist upon, renters should make sure that their credit file is up to date and above all, accurate in order to not only give themselves a better chance of getting the loan, but but to also end up with the best interest rate available.

As long as the prospective borrower has a clean line of payments under their belt, and no missed payments, they will usually have a modicum of success in getting a tenant loan. This is not to say that they will get such good rates as with secured loans, but they are likely to be better than the average unsecured loan. In some cases, consumers can sometimes comparable to that of secured loans regardless. For those tenants who are not graced with a clean credit record, bad credit loans can also be obtained from certain, so it pays to find a good broker with access to many lenders.

The typical tenant loan is paid off usually within a six month period to 5 years, although there are lenders who offer terms up to 10 years. Loan amounts can vary from just a few hundred pounds to a usual maximum of £15,000 a few lenders go as far as £25,000, depending on how well one’s credit score is and what they plan on doing with the money. Tenant loans can be quite flexible in terms of amount and repayment options - and they usually feature fixed rates so consumers needn’t worry about variable rates affecting their ability to repay the loan.

As is the case with most finance, it’s often good practice to investigate different lenders products and interest rates by visiting as many lenders as possible. Doing so will give a good indication as to what to expect, and how to further plan their personal financing situation.

Tenant loans are the perfect choice for many practical applications- just be sure to plan one’s budget accordingly so as to stay on top of the debt it can create. Make sure to get reviews of different lenders, and above all else - pay attention to the terms and conditions in the small print to ensure there are no nasty hidden clauses.

What is stress and do you suffer from it? September 26, 2008

Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closed

Stress is not something that our forefathers were familiar with, although their lives were surely filled with lots of traumatic events related to high mortality rates and incurable illness, but the idea of stress just wasn’t known as such. People definitely did suffer from breakdowns and depression, but the concept of stress was not recognized as an illness or a disease and there was no support for the concept of ‘managing stress‘ either.

Today, stress seems to fill our lives and also appear to be mostly self-inflicted! Some personality types just seem to be more inclined to stress than others. The first step in doing somehting about stress, much like dealing with alcoholism, is admitting that you are suffering from it!

“Hallo my name is Jim and I suffer from stress….” - is a line that is very hard to say for people who suffer from stress!

Most people who suffer from stress are not aware of the fact, and only find out too late when they already have some type of heart disease, high blood pressure, neck and shoulder stiffness, or migraine problem identified. Or when their family make them aware of the fact that they are always rushed, never have time, have anger explosions for the slightest irritation and are, frankly, just miserable people to live with. Being aware that you are stressed is the first step to dealing with stress.

If you are not sure whether you are stressed or not, you might consider taking a stress test, such as the one on the site http://www.managing-stress.org, to see just how stressed you are.

How Old Time Ninja Uniforms Concealed Identity September 26, 2008

Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closed

Being a Ninja in the past meant carrying out secret missions in which their Ninja uniforms often proved invaluable.  Stealth was a must because the Ninjas did not want anyone to know what they were doing or where they were.  One part of this phenomenon was that they used their Ninja uniforms in several ways to conceal their identity.

The most basic way a Ninja concealed their identity was to dress like the common folk of the day. Most people during that time wore clothing similar to karate clothing of today. Picking out individuals who were Ninja made it that more difficult.

Ninja uniforms are also designed with the idea in mind of blending in with the Ninjas’ surroundings.  The black uniform used most often is ideal for hiding in plain sight on a dark and moonless night.  Other Ninja uniforms were also made for camouflage in particular environments.  The basic theory was that is a Ninja blended in, he would have to do unnecessary battle and could surprise their attackers when required to do so.

One part of the Ninja uniforms that was specifically designed to conceal the identity of the wearer is the mask face covering.  While it is true that the eyes do show, they are barely visible in between the folds of black or other camouflage cloth.  With just the eyes to go on, the face is not nearly as recognizable.  What is more, a person would have to get up very close to the Ninja to see his eyes when he is wearing Ninja uniforms.

The hood itself serves to conceal the identity of the wearer.  This part of Ninja uniforms keeps the onlooker from determining the shape of the Ninjas’ heads.  Often, people who know you can recognize you from the back of your head.  However, with these Ninja uniforms it was unlikely if not impossible.  The mask of the Ninja uniforms also covered anything distinctive about the Ninjas’ hair.

By wearing ninja clothing, historic Ninjas were able to pass unnoticed by common people.  No one needed to know that they were Ninjas.  It did not need to be common knowledge that they were involved in a secret mission.  Their Ninja uniforms made all this possible.
