Golfing In The USA October 31, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedGolf has been a long time sport of many in the United States. There are many different beautiful golf courses that you can be a part of, and you could spend your life traveling through all of the states and enjoying each and every golf course.
The famous ones, such as the Pebble Beach golf course, allow you to golf alongside some of the best golfers in the world. You might get to see a tournament, and you might get to play a round of golf knowing that there are professionals a couple of holes ahead of you.
The most amazing thing about the sport of golf in this United States is that no matter which state you are in you can golf in a place that is completely different and beautiful. Golfing alongside deer and nature in wooded golf courses in states like Virginia and Vermont gives you a chance to come to grips with nature and to explore the beauty of being alone in the woods with your golf club and your ball. However, golfing near the ocean, in course in Oregon, Florida, or California, as well as any other bordering state, gives you a chance to be in a fresh and amazing environment, where you can look out on great expanses of beauty and commune with the ocean in that way. If neither of these seems like it might interest you, try the golf courses in the Midwest states. Golfing in Wyoming or South Dakota or Iowa gives you chance to look at the beauty of nothingness – areas where you can see for miles and miles and see nothing but flat land. These public golf courses give you wonderful opportunities to see the sunsets on the prairies of our fine country. If mountains are your thing, golfing against these backdrops in Utah or Montana is a great idea because the rugged terrain that you will encounter can be matched like no other in the world.
Those that do not know golf in the United States feel that each golf course is the same. The beauty of this sport lies in the fact that no matter where you go, even if you are performing the same motions, you’ll be surrounded by something completely different each time, and you’ll be allowed to find ways to give yourself the chance to have this beauty with you no matter where you golf in the United States.
Social Media and How to Market Using It October 30, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedsocial media is a area of great promise and profit possibilities and is being greatly talked about on the Internet. Especially in business and entrepreneurial circles even showing up into corporate America and the Fortune 500 crowd.
It is an old concept. The ability of socially networking and connecting with other persons has been around since since humans first walked the earth. It is even a essential part of our core built into our DNA that we are talkative beings.
What is new are the different mediums where this type of introduction can take place. And social networking is new to the web within the last two years and is still in its infancy.
There are certain manners you want to follow when playing in the social media space. Especially when you are there with secret marketing motives in mind.
Because this is a social space people don’t take kindly to blatant advertising messages which you normally see on places like TV and radio. These ad models have been dubbed “interruption marketing” because you’re watching a show or listening to a radio commentary and all of a sudden they take a break and a blatant advertisement is thrust right in your face.
The easiest way to get started with the lot of social media sites and blogs and social networking sites is to think about it like it’s an extension of any normal real world social situation you’d find yourself in. Imagine it like you’re going to a party where you don’t know anyone there.
Would you walk up to someone on the street who is a complete stranger to you and you didn’t know anything about them, would you just thrust your business card into their hand without saying a word to them?
Of course not. No sane person would do that because it will do you no good and just waste the resources you spent to create your business card and the money spent to get it printed out.
Yet I see the online equivalent of this foolishness daily when people send me a friend request with a blurb about joining their business.
Every time you talk to someone about your business you want to convert them into a member and have a high probability of converting them to a paying customer of yours. That’s the main goal and everything else is stupid to waste your time on.
What’s the most efficient way to accomplish this with these various social media sites?
Much like you do at a party where you don’t know anyone you have to make introductions. With the social sites usually this involves making a friend request.
Normally, all you have to do is find some friends with similar interests in the business and market you’re in and click on a “friend” button.
The most egregious mistake I see people making is just randomly sending friend requests. Like any marketing effort you’re doing you want to target people who are like you and have an interest in your market because they will be likely to want to buy your products assuming you do a good enough job with the steps of the system to warm them up to buying your product.
Don’t include anything commercial in this initial friend request. All you want to do is find groups and in most sites you can do a search to find groups which are interested in your market whether it be health, fitness, or even blue jeans lovers. There are also many business groups and entrepreneurial type groups if you’re in those markets.
Go into these groups on a same topic your business is in and start clicking on group members and making friend requests. The 1 thing you want to do at this point is send a friend request telling them “hey I saw you in this group and wanted to be your friend”. Obviously, you include the group name and that you joined which they are part and you are also a part because that gives you a thing in common with them and they’ll be far more likely to become your friend by clicking yes which is the first step to being able to communicate with them.
This will give you a good start in your social media marketing adventure to success. After you make and secure a few hundred friends then I’ll instruct you what the next step to convert them to buyers of your product or clients which is sending them an introductory e-mail about yourself.
Short Term Loans For Property Development Finance October 29, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedI hate to say this but the property markets probably have some way to go before they hit rock bottom. If there is any icing on the cake it is that when the market does bottom out there will be some awesome deals available. If you’re considering getting into property development now would be a great time to start planning your big move.
First-time developers will need to think about finding property finance for the all-important “make or break” project. There are still some lenders prepared to lend you money for your property development venture. You might have to work harder to persuade them to lend you money but nobody said it was going to be effortless!
Property development finance is often easier to lay your hands on than a regular mortgage because the lenders can see that you’re attacking it as a business and if you’ve done your due dilligence properly it will be obvious for them to see that lending money to you is likely to be safer than lending to a customer who doesn’t have the same goals.
Having said that you will find an increasing number of financial institutions who will not give you the time of day even if your business plan realistically shows that you’re going to make a million in profit! Many banks really have got the ab dabs at the moment and they’re not wrong to feel this way!
If your credit report has the slightest shortcoming on it you may find it more difficult to get a loan of any kind let alone a property development finance loan. No more are the heady days where you could just stroll into your high street broker, declare that you earn 40 big ones a year even if you didn’t and they would line up to give you a loan. Now they are shivering in fright like an abused puppy!
These dubious financial times have led to an exceptional number of people going online trying to find work. Thousands of people Google for data entry work from home in an attempt to supplement their income. If this is you be wary. There are ample numbers of scammers waiting to unashamedley take your money! I would stick to property development if I were you.

Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedBeen wanting to learn spanish and have done som reserach with Rocket Spanish Reviews, here’s what I found from Ezinearticles.com
“But the two most unique features of this course are its two language learning games, MegaAudio and MegaVocab.
- MegaAudio To grasp the spoken word can be the most daunting part of learning a language to a beginner. There is no use in mastering the theory part and being weak in the spoken part as languages exist to be spoken! MegaAudio is an incredibly fun and useful way to grasp new Spanish words in an easy and interactive manner. The game has a more than 20 topics for you to choose from and a database of over 1000 words. All you need to do is select a topic and start playing the game. The game will display 6 pictures and an English word for each picture. An audio track will play a Spanish word and you need to pick the right picture and the English equivalent underneath the picture.

Some Views on Wealth Creation October 29, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedWealth creation entails seizing opportunities. In leadership terms, we call it initiative. Individually, we can call it being proactive. A proactive person finds things to do when others see it as free time. They do not wait for opportunities to bite them. Instead, they come biting at opportunities. Once you become a proactive person, you will suddenly find that opportunities come at you at a much faster rate, giving you way to create more wealth.
If you do not follow your passion, building wealth is not fun. Wealth creation is hard enough of a process. If you feel that these activities are routine and boring, you will be gasping for air before you get halfway there. The most successful people will usually tell you that they love what they are doing. They will even go far as saying that they will do the things that they love even though they won’t get paid for it. Once we find our passion, everything becomes easy and you will be on the top of the wealth creation chain in no time.
Creating wealth involves moving forward. Improving oneself in every aspect and knowing that are different ways to be a better person is a mindset that will help people in the long run. As they say, Rome is not built in a day. We must learn to account each small action and find ways to improve ourselves.
Wealth Creation is not an exercise or a method. Instead, it is a revamp of your current lifestyle to a life that produces a sense of accomplishment. This way we are able to move forward feeling very confident. Wealth Creation is a journey not only of our economic standing but also of our overall happiness.
Do you have high cholesterol? October 29, 2008
Posted by office2008 in : General , comments closedDo you have high cholesterol?
In that case you already know that it’s generally not considered a good thing.
So do you need to worry about foods high in cholesterol?
This is a vexed question and one that both sides of the medical community seem to argue about. On the one hand there are plenty of people who say that dietary cholesterol is not what causes the problems, but the cholesterol we manufacture in our own bodies.
On the other hand there are experts who suggest you treat any foods high in cholesterol with a fear and loathing normally reserved for sharks - in other words avoid at all costs.
Some experts have this to say:
We do not eat enough cholesterol for our bodies’ normal daily usage. So our bodies produce the shortfall. If we eat foods high in cholesterol then our bodies make less since the shorftall is less. When we reduce, or eliminate foods high in cholesterol, you know the usual suspects, egg, butter, dairy, then the body has to crank its own production up a notch. In other words the body self-regulates, which makes sense, but is it right?
It’s claimed that most of the time eating foods high in cholesterol does very little to our blood cholesterol levels. So a lower cholesterol diet may not help you all that much after all.
All of that is great, but what do you if you’re not sure which side to believe? After all, they can’t both be right, can they?
This is where you should consult your own doctor. High cholesterol levels, if left unchecked, can be very detrimental to your health, so it pays to find out as much as you can about opposing views. Ultimately you’re going to have to make your own choice, in conjunction with advice from your doctor, but at least if you’re well informed about the issues you can make your choice from a position of knowledge.
The information in this post is provided for entertainment and information purposes and is no substitute for medical advice. As always with your health, you should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner.
